Proverbs 4:23 - Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.

1 John 3:3 - And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself just as He is pure.

2 Timothy 1:14 - Guard, through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, the treasure which has been entrusted to you.

Ephesians 4:17-23 - So this I say, and affirm together with the Lord, that you walk no longer just as the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind, being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart; and they, having become callous, have given themselves over to sensuality for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness.  But you did not learn Christ in this way, if indeed you have heard of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness of holiness of the truth.

1 Corinthians 8:9, 12 - But take care that this liberty of yours does not somehow become a stumbling block to the weak.  And so, by sinning against the brethren and wounding their conscience when it is weak, you sin against Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:12 - All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable.  All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything.

2 Corinthians 7:1 - Therefore, having these promises beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilememnt of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Psalm 101:1-4 -
I will sing of lovingkindness and justice.
To You, O Lord, I will sing praises.
I will give heed to the blameless way.
When will You come to me?
I will walk within my house in the integrity of my heart.
I will set no worthless thing before my eyes;
I hate the work of those who fall away;
It shall not fasten its grip on me.
A perverse heart shall depart from me;
I will know no evil.

1 John 5:21 - Dear children, keep away from anything that might take God's place in your heart.

1 John 2:15-17 - Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.  For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions.  These are not from the Father, but are from this world.  And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave.  But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.

Proverbs 3:3 - Do not let kindness and truth leave you; bind them around your neck.
